About Martina

Hi there! I'm a native Italian speaker and a university student in English and French Literature. I’ve always had a deep love for languages, and teaching Italian allows me to share not only grammar and vocabulary, but also the beauty of our culture. As a tutor, I’m professional, organised and patient — but also friendly and approachable. I believe learning a language should feel exciting, not stressful. That’s why I tailor every lesson to your goals and interests, using a clear and encouraging method. With me, you’ll have a tutor who’s committed to your progress, but also someone who genuinely enjoys helping others grow. Let’s make learning Italian both effective and enjoyable!

About the lesson

As a native Italian speaker and a university student in French and English Literature, I approach language tutoring with both clarity and creativity. My lessons are student-centred: I adapt the content to your level, needs, and interests — whether you're a complete beginner, a curious traveller, or looking to improve your grammar and conversation skills. I use a mix of speaking practice, interactive exercises, videos, and cultural insights. I believe learning should be fun and practical, so I always encourage relaxed conversation and real-life use of the language. A typical lesson lasts 60 minutes, and I always include time for revision, feedback and questions. My goal is to help you feel confident in using Italian, not just memorising rules. I’ve tutored both teenagers and adults, and my lessons are perfect for: Beginners (A1-A2) Intermediate learners (B1-B2) advanced students (C1-C2) Adults who are travelling to Italy or learning for personal interest Students who want to strengthen grammar, vocabulary or pronunciation You’ll learn with a tutor who’s serious about helping you succeed — but who’s also a friendly person who loves music, theatre and learning languages too!
