About Caitríona
I was drawn to music from a very early age but didn’t have the opportunity to start lessons until I was 13. I made up for the late start in enthusiasm, exploring a lot of repertoire along the way and continuing ever since. I took part in many Feis/festivals and performances throughout the years. I have a bachelor's degree in music(Bmus), graduated in 2014, and in September 2021 I began studying towards a Masters's degree in performance.

I currently teach piano online. Lessons are tailored to each student's individual needs and goals. I'm friendly and encouraging, and I welcome beginners of all ages.
I have experience teaching all levels from total beginners to the equivalent of abrsm grade 8. I work carefully with students to develop a solid technical foundation, explore their creativity, integrate instruction in music theory, and expand their aural skills and overall musicianship while studying Classical repertoire. I often prepare students for graded exams and have a strong success rate.
