About Emma
I am currently an Acting major at UIC and planning to minor in Mathematics. I passed the AP Calculus exam this past spring, as well as passing AP World History, AP Literature (with a 5), and AP Language and Composition. I am 18 years old and have tutored over the past three years. I love learning which pushed me to become a tutor in order to help other students succeed in their classes. I am a very determined student, who also never judges on anyone’s academic ability; everyone is unique and learns differently and at a different rate!

The very first lesson I will start by finding out what specific aspects of the subject you need help in, and then we will start figuring out which method helps you learn best. I am here for you every step of the way and believe you can get better at any subject as long as you’re committed! My goal is to help you understand more of the subject than you did before these lessons; I will always be available for questions, and every student I have tutored who has put in the work has come out having a better understanding of the subject than they did before.
