About the lesson

I’m a French tutor with over 9 years of experience and a PhD in Québécois Literature and Culture. My passion lies in teaching children aged 8 to 14, especially through the magic of dramatic play, improvisation, and script reading. I’ve seen how stepping into a character can unlock a child's confidence and make language learning exciting and memorable. My sessions are filled with laughter, movement, and storytelling—all in French. I focus on building foundational vocabulary, clear pronunciation, and simple grammar through joyful, hands-on activities. Whether we’re acting out scenes, inventing skits, or exploring emotions in French, every lesson is an adventure. I love helping children connect with the language through expression and creativity. They don’t just memorize—they live the words. This approach helps learners absorb French naturally, while also developing empathy, communication, and presence. I tailor each session to match the energy and imagination of my students. Lessons are structured but flexible, always with space for fun and discovery.
