About Sasha

My name is Sasha and I am currently studying medicine, but my breadth has always been learning French. I really enjoy studying French (I’ve done it for 10 years now!!) and I have lots of experience learning and teaching. I also have experience studying French at the University of Tours in the Loire Valley!!

About the lesson

I really enjoy tutoring French because it is such a flexible subject and something that is easy to tailor to the student! My go to teaching methods are a mixture of vocabulary and grammar followed by free form conversation, and then exercises for any constructs that need clarifying. I think the key to learning French is listening to French media and having many different conversations on different topics. Of course I am flexible with my teaching style and there’s a lot of space for students to find what works for them!!
