About Alexia
With a Bachelor's degree in marketing, I worked 2 years in this field. Then I decided to travel in Asia and Australia for a few months where I was teaching french. Now, I am self-taught in German and Spanish and would like to share my passion for my native language. I also obtained the "Voltaire Certificate" with a score of 931/1000 (which certifies the level of mastery of written expression in french).

French is known as a very difficult language to learn, you may have tried to learn the language without success, or you may not know how to start? My energy, patience and passion for the French language can surely help you!
If you are a beginner or if you have some basics in the language that you would like to deepen, I will adapt to your level and we will progress at your own pace.
I apply the same method that I personally use to learn English, German and Spanish: I will immerse you in the French language and culture by focusing on the essentials (depending on your objective). I will offer you fun ways to learn vocabulary and progress effectively. I know that learning grammar rules or vocabulary words by heart is not the most enjoyable part of the process, BUT it can be done without (too) much pain with the right tools.
We will work a lot on oral comprehension and expression (one of the hardest thing in learning French), with USEFUL exercises composed of everyday sentences. If you like music, I can offer you exercises to do by listening (actively) to French songs (an excellent way to learn new vocabulary words and to discoverer the culture at the same time!) and many other methods according to your tastes and objectives.
