About Emmanuelle
Hello :) I'm Emmanuelle, I'm 22 years old, and I'm a French student coming from Paris. I have decided to take a gap year to teach French in a British high school located in Birmingham.
At University, I studied the Anglo-Saxon culture (literature, cinema, politics, history...). And my minor was Teaching and Pedagogy: I studied how to become a teacher. After I graduated (with honours), I have begun a Master in Teaching to become a school teacher.
During the first year of my MA, I had many internships in French schools and one in a primary school in Birmingham.
As a result, I have experience in teaching.
My short contract at the high school (12h a week) allows me to give extra classes.

I can help children/teenagers with their French homework, and make them practice the language. As a French Assistant in a high school, I practice conversations with my students and correct their pronunciations/give them vocabulary/explain French traditions...
I can also give French lessons to anyone who wants to learn, no matter the level. As a tutor, I'm friendly and instructive. I learned during my studies how to teach with my interactivity with gamification: learning by the meaning of games.
