About Rosa

I am in my second year of my undergrad at the University of Toronto, majoring in French Language and Literature. I've worked as a 1-on-1 tutor for 2 years and have helped many students struggling with French. I work in recreation and have a lot of experience working with children of all ages!

About the lesson

I like to concentrate on building student fluency as well as a solid grammar foundation - being comfortable with the language makes it easier to grasp grammar rules later! When tutoring French at the elementary level I work on high-frequency vocabulary and phrases, while with secondary or Immersion students I put more focus on comprehension and synthesis.
