About Revika

I am a French tutor with 8 years of experience and a B.A. in French Language and Culture. My academic background and teaching experience allow me to support learners in developing strong linguistic foundations and cultural awareness. I have taught students from beginners to advanced levels with a structured yet flexible approach. My teaching style is warm, clear, and learner-focused. I emphasize understanding over memorization and encourage students to speak confidently without fear of mistakes. Lessons are paced carefully to ensure progress while maintaining motivation and enjoyment. Outside teaching, I remain engaged with French through literature, media, and cultural study. Teaching French is rewarding because I see learners grow confident in expressing themselves in a new language. Helping students connect with another culture through language is deeply meaningful to me.

About the lesson

French lessons become engaging when learners connect language structure with real communication. My lessons focus on pronunciation, grammar clarity, vocabulary expansion, listening comprehension, reading, and conversational confidence. Beginners learn essential phrases, sound patterns, and basic grammar to establish comfort with the language. Intermediate learners refine sentence construction, verb usage, comprehension skills, and conversational flow. Advanced students focus on idiomatic expression, nuanced grammar, reading analysis, and confident spoken interaction. Lessons integrate dialogue, listening exercises, and contextual practice.

Each lesson is adapted to the learner’s level and goals. Beginners receive patient guidance and repetition. Intermediate learners engage in structured conversations and grammar refinement. Advanced students practice fluid communication, cultural nuance, and advanced reading and writing. Activities include role-play, listening practice, reading excerpts, and vocabulary reinforcement. Feedback emphasizes clarity, accuracy, and confidence.

Learning French supports cognitive flexibility, cultural understanding, and communication skill. Many learners gain confidence in travel, academic, and professional contexts. My goal is to help students communicate comfortably while appreciating the richness of French language and culture.
