About Rhea

My interest in the French language began when I first studied French literature and culture during my academic education. I became fascinated by how language reflects traditions, history, and communication styles. This curiosity encouraged me to continue studying French more deeply, which eventually led me to complete a Master’s Degree in French Language Studies.

For the past 7 years, I have worked with students who want to improve their French speaking and comprehension skills. Some learners study French for academic purposes, while others simply enjoy learning a new language. My teaching approach focuses on clear explanation and supportive conversation practice so students can gradually build confidence.

Outside teaching, I enjoy reading French books, watching French films, and learning about the culture of French-speaking communities. These activities help me remain connected to the language and bring authentic examples into my lessons. Helping students discover French language and culture is one of the most meaningful parts of my teaching journey.

About the lesson

My French lessons focus on helping students communicate comfortably in everyday situations. Beginners start by learning pronunciation, essential vocabulary, and simple sentence structures. I guide students through common conversations such as greetings, introductions, and describing daily routines. Listening activities are also included so learners become familiar with the rhythm and sound of spoken French. These early lessons help students develop confidence while understanding how the language is used naturally.

As students progress, lessons expand to include reading passages, guided conversations, and writing exercises. Learners practice describing events, sharing opinions, and asking questions in French. Grammar topics such as verb conjugation and sentence structure are explained in simple steps so students understand how to form correct sentences. These activities help learners improve both their vocabulary and their communication ability.

Language learning requires patience and regular practice. I encourage students to participate actively during lessons and try speaking even when they are unsure. Over time, learners develop stronger pronunciation and greater fluency. My goal is to help students feel comfortable using French while steadily improving their language skills.
