About Alexandra

I have always been passionate about learning languages and have had a natural talent for picking up languages. I started learning French 8 years ago and am still learning and building on my skill. I believe in my ability to teach as I have received a formal education in learning French as a foreign language, receiving a distinction in the subject and I teach myself other foreign languages such as Arabic and French and therefore understand how to build an understanding from scratch.

About the lesson

I am able to help build a strong foundation in the French by focusing on each student's specific needs and tailoring my focus and style of teaching accordingly. My lessons are aimed at students up to Grade 10 as well as those simply interested in learning the language. I believe that the best way to teach a language is to build a foundation of basics and then push students into a place where they are encouraged to build on this foundation through experimentation with their writing skill and speaking complexity.
