About Paxton
As a French tutor with more than 6 years of experience, I am dedicated to helping college students learn the language in a simple and effective way. My teaching approach focuses on communication, understanding, and regular practice.
I design interactive lessons that include discussions, real-life situations, and engaging activities to keep students interested. I also use modern teaching tools such as videos, audio lessons, and online exercises to improve listening and speaking skills.
I understand that every student learns differently, so I adapt my teaching methods to suit their learning style and goals. I provide clear guidance, regular feedback, and encouragement to help students progress confidently.

My teaching approach for French is based on creativity, critical thinking, mentorship, and accountability. I believe that learning a language should be an enjoyable and meaningful experience, not just memorizing grammar rules.
I use creative techniques like storytelling, role plays, real-life conversations, and visual examples to make lessons interesting and easy to understand. This helps students connect with the language and use it naturally in daily life.
I focus strongly on developing critical thinking skills. I guide students to understand grammar patterns and sentence structures instead of memorizing them. I ask questions and encourage them to explore answers on their own, which builds confidence and independent learning.
As a mentor, I support students at every step of their learning journey. I understand their strengths and challenges and adapt my teaching style accordingly. I also ensure accountability by setting clear goals, giving regular practice work, and tracking progress consistently.
In addition to French, I can teach related subjects to support overall academic growth. My aim is to create confident, motivated, and successful learners.
