About Virginie
My Background
As a certified teacher with the French Ministry of Education, I bring a rigorous academic background enhanced by over 25 years of hands-on teaching experience. My career has been defined by a strong international focus: I have taught in diverse environments, ranging from mainland France and Mayotte to the International French Schools (AEFE) of Spain and Colombia. This global mobility has allowed me to develop a unique expertise in teaching French as a Foreign Language (FLE) to multilingual students. Throughout my career, I have successfully mentored hundreds of students from all walks of life.
My Experience
Exam Expertise: As an official DELF examiner, I possess the specialised knowledge required to successfully prepare candidates for DELF and DALF certifications. I focus specifically on mastering argumentative methodology and developing effective stress-management techniques for oral and written exams.
Language Coaching: I have guided numerous professionals and expats in unlocking their speaking skills. My dynamic and structured conversation sessions are designed to help students integrate seamlessly into French-speaking environments.
Adaptability: My fluency in English and Spanish enables me to immediately identify the root causes of grammatical or phonetic hurdles, allowing me to provide clear and efficient explanations tailored to my students' native languages.

Hi! I’m Virginie.
After years of teaching English and French as a Foreign Language (FLE) in France, Mayotte, and then at the International French Schools of Valencia (Spain) and Cali (Colombia), I’ve decided to bring my expertise as a certified teacher directly to you.
My goal? To help you speak French with pleasure and total confidence.
I focus on two core needs:
1. Exam Success (DELF & DALF): No stress, just a winning method. I’ll give you the "examiner’s keys," tips to structure your arguments, and the confidence you need to ace your certifications. We practise, we refine, and you get your diploma!
2. The Art of Conversation: Do you have the basics but feel stuck when speaking? We can talk about anything: current events, culture, or life projects. I’m here to gently correct those small mistakes, polish your accent, and—most importantly—help you find your words naturally.
