Comme coach; Il fait passer les objectifs de son équipe avant les siens. Son approche scientifique est basée sur le respect des limites de ses joueurs, sans perdre de vue leur état émotionnel. Il ajuste ses interventions selon la personnalité de chaque joueur, afin de les motiver pour être au service de l’équipe. Somme toute, Smail est un professionnel authentique.
Comme enseignant de langue française; doté d’une solide culture littéraire française et une maîtriser des règles de la langue français, Smail fait preuve d’une pédagogie très raffinée. Capable de suivre un programme tout en proposant des contenues originaux.
Autant qu’éducateur dans le domaine sportif et père de deux jeunes footballeurs (U14 et U15) au Canada, je recommande fortement, Smail FERROUDJ, aux membres de «Superprof » pour motiver et donner confiance aux élèves.
