About Lucy
I am a French and Italian first year student at the University of Oxford. I have just finished A-Levels, gaining 3 A*s in French, English Literature and Drama. I have some experience tutoring a range of subjects (from maths to english!). I also have a TEFL qualification.

In my opinion, it’s always extremely important to constantly adapt your teaching to the needs of the student as every student learns in a different way. I aim to always be understanding of the problems a student encounters when learning a language and, by doing this, creating a comfortable learning atmosphere. It’s important to never rush language learning and so I endeavour to always go at the student’s pace. I don’t want to only teach a language, I want to inspire and share my passion so, in the process of teaching a language I hope to cultivate some love for it too!
