About Nicolás
I am a fourth year student of Commercial Engineering with a minor in Economics from the University of Chile. At this point in my career I already possess a broad domain in many topics of economics, econometrics and use of programs such as Stata and R.

My classes are based on the guidebooks that I have been using throughout the race. In addition to delivering material for the student to work at home - The class focuses on being able to understand correctly both the economic concepts addressed in the subject, as well as the assumptions that exist after each model. If the student wishes, the class can be focused on all the mathematical calculations of the models, in order to understand them step by step. Or, if the student wishes, the class can be focused on the conceptual framework that bases the mathematical model. All the concepts and models will be exemplified in the real world, in the daily life, in such a way that it is easier to digest it. Personally, I believe that a point of equilibrium between the conceptual and the mathematical is the optimum to understand the economy correctly.
