Although I m not young anymore, I m still teaching Grade 1 and I head a Departmentnof 15 Teachers.My Lessons are well structured and aslways include Prior knowledge of the kids,it includes as practicasl session as mynlessons include Concrete,semi-concrete and the only tasks.I never teach from my desk and move around helping learners all the time.
Encouragement and working on learners strengths is my motto.
