Teaching Outlook
The ability to develop relationships with my students and implement discipline.
As a teacher, I aim on building a trusting relationship with my students in order to create a safe, positive and productive learning environment. I like to implement effective discipline skills in my classroom to discipline my students effectively and I will promote positive behaviors and change in my classroom.
Patient, caring and kind personality
I am a compassionate person and show a sensitivity towards my students and their differences.

I incorporate knowledge of the cognitive, social and emotional development of my learners understanding of how they learn at a given developmental level; how learning in a specific subject area typically progresses; awareness that my learners have individual needs and abilities; and an understanding that instruction should be tailored to meet each of my learner’s needs

I am dedicated and have a love and passion for being a teacher. I am committed to my learners and their education. I am always willing to help and give all of my time whenever they need me.
Engaging students in learning
I always try to engage and motivate my learners to learn. They must step out of their comfort zone and be open to learn and experience new ideas and possibilities.
Collaborations
Collaboration is very important to me. I will always be willing to learn new things from my colleagues as this is how one can improve their own skills in teaching — just by learning and allowing to be fed with ideas.
