About Brian
I earned my Master's Degree in Cultural Anthropology at the University of Chicago, where I served as a lecturer, but I also have experience and love teaching subjects like math, computer science and writing to students from kindergarten through high school.

My greatest strength as a teacher generally and a tutor specifically is my ability to meet a student where they are. This means appreciating a student's learning style, experience and obstacles.
I teach math (up to and including precalculus) and computer science to students K-8, and I offer academic English, writing and college prep to high-schoolers.
