About Andisa
I am Andisa Dlamini
A 20 Year Old Former 100m and 200m provincial athlete who suffered from tendon damage.
I then had to recover and during that recovery period I had picked up my love and passion for body building
Early last year I had received an injury to my lower back that has caused me to be unable to train for the past several months but I am now well on the road to recovery.
