About Elijah
My name is Elijah Bloyer and I am a former math teacher for 6th-8th grade. I graduated from the University of Florida in May of 2024 and began my career teaching middle school mathematics in the Fall of 2024. I teach a wide variety of concepts and levels ranging from basic arithmetic to algebra and geometry.

Learning math becomes doable and enjoyable when you learn the reasoning and purpose to every step you take. In my lessons, I will not only teach you the steps to solving math problems, but also the reasoning skills that teach you to think critically. Lessons will include comprehensive breakdowns of concepts with detailed explanations of the "why" behind the "how". The goal for each lesson is to improve practical knowledge and skills to apply to new problems as well as the ones you are learning in class. These lessons are designed for middle and high school students.
