About Emilia

I’ve been a gymnast since I was 4 years old. I’ve been competing nationally and internationally. Rhythmic gymnastic defines who I am. Due to injuries I had to retire but my desire for gymnastic is as strong as it was. I was training with many coaches from all around the world. This gave me an opportunity to learn more styles of teaching. I always had a really strong connection with children and as a teenager I never liked how my coach treated us. Since then I knew I wanted to be a coach and treat athletes the way everyone should do. I often see younger myself in gymnast, not being satisfied with themselves no matter how hard they work. This gives me a desire to help them become more confident and better. I can't train professionally anymore but I enjoy keeping my body fit and healthy. I now see much more in gymnastic than just competing and winning medals.

About the lesson

My goal is to help other gymnasts get stronger, better and more confident. I want them to feel the satisfaction of improving and be proud of themselves. It doesn't matter if you are a beginner or a pro, there is always room for improvement. I have a different approach to all my students. Some athletes like to be pushed, and that is what motivates them the most. Others, like to have a calm session and that's what works for them. I always like to have a strong connection with my gymnast, they need to know that they can trust me and count on me no matter what! I am a strict coach but have a soft spot for all my gymnast.
