About Alekhya
Graduated from Christ University, Bangalore with Bachelors in Business Administration. Prepared rigorously for Civil Services Examinations for two years. Got immense knowledge in various subjects, especially in Polity, Geography, Indian History, and related current affairs. Have a good knack of Sociology as well. Currently involved with prestigious education institute based in Andhra Pradesh, working at the administration level and researching on improvisation of the current system of learning and teaching. I have no experience in giving tuitions until now. But after getting my foot into school management, I noticed I have been very helpful with students in clarifying doubts and giving a broader picture to topics related to the above subjects.

I do not believe in the conventional style of teaching and making notes. I prefer the class to be a two-way interaction where the child learns the topics to be taught beforehand and give a presentation of whatever they understood, after which the teacher can facilitate the class by way of cross-questioning, adding more information, debates, on the spot Q&A writing and such. This way the student is bound to learn a particular topic from multiple perspectives and improves his retention level.
