About Sion
I graduated from an international school in Korea and received a scholarship that covers half of the tuition fees at a university in the United States. I studied biology and chemistry there for one year, but decided to continue my path in the medical field in Latvia. I have considerable experience in teaching students and pupils; for the past four years I have worked both as a private tutor and as a lecturer in private educational institutions. I do not speak Latvian (except for a few phrases to clarify the nature of the pain or the medications used), so the classes will be held in English. However, there is no need to worry about this, because I do not teach Latvian literature. The language of science — especially in biology — is based on understanding basic concepts and phenomena; if they are clear, the language barrier will not be an obstacle.

Hello! I am a student at RSU, and thanks to my knowledge in biology and chemistry, I would like to offer to learn the basics and basic principles of these subjects. I like the relaxed atmosphere in cooperation with students, and I want to help them understand the principles of regularities and "why", rather than simply memorizing individual words or symbols. If you want to improve your knowledge in biology and chemistry, I will be happy to help.
