Adanna is one of our best tutors. High-quality profile and excellent qualifications, organised and responsive to lesson requests, appreciated by their students!

About Adanna

I am a born Teacher. I have been teaching Igbo language for more than ten years. I studied Linguistics and Igbo language from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. I have tutored and mentored a lot of people in Igbo both online and offline. I have translated lots of works from English to Igbo and developed Teaching and Learning Materials in Igbo Language for Primary school pupils under the USAID Northern Initiative Plus.

About the lesson

I am a motivator and facilitator. My teaching method is being a facilitator and allowing the students to take charge of their learning. My lesson structure is teaching from the known to the unknown and being creative while doing this. I base my teachings on life experiences while giving my learners rationale for all learning objectives.

Review

All of our reviews are collected by us and are 100% reliable. They correspond to a real experience lived by the teacher's students.

Perfect! Adanna is not just an excellent tutor but a great person as well. My sister and I greatly improved our written and spoken Igbo and comprehension under her tutelage. More importantly, I learned a lot from her passion for Igbo education and culture and her dedication to what she does. In a word, Adanna CARES about her subject and about seeing her students grow and this was really inspiring to witness.

Looking for an Igbo tutor? Look no further. I'm grateful for the time spent learning with her and look forward to continued growth and progress.

Very smart and eager to learn. Fun to be with and contribute immensely to the discussions during classes.

However, we are working towards mastery of the subject matter which we should be able to achieve in no distant time, considering the level of enthusiasm and commitment shown.

I live in the US and came across this platform as I was looking to get more help and structure and one on one attention on a weekly basis. I am so blessed to have found Adanna! Ọ bu ezigbo onye nkuzi. Since May we have been going through the curriculum and any areas I may need to enhance or sharpen, she is right there to help me improve. She is encouraging, patient, and just a kind human. I would recommend her to anyone serious about their Igbo learning journey.

Suo asusu igbo ofuma ( Speak igbo language well) with Adanna. With her enriched and fluent communication, you will have no African and Nigerian language in mind; if, you learn how to understand the basics of igbo language. Igbo dikwa nkpa ( Igbo, is important) and be rest assured that you can speak and write after few lessons.
Igbo to the world!!!
