About Shaq
I am quite laid back naturally but when it comes to training I like to make sure the standard is set and met with accountability from all! Not “strict” but often strict on standards and principles
Setting goals and being guided by principles are both things I have learned via my education and first hand experiences teaching, coaching and playing at elite levels to be what usually sets groups of people apart on their journeys… my job as a coach is to support that development!

Where to start… lol
I am based in London and alongside playing football (most recently trained with semi-pro team Ashford Town 2023-2024 season)
I have always believed a good coach can have a positive impact on the next generation as well as the current and supporting any goal that can be dreamed is the dream!
Working 1-2-1 allows for a more flexible approach whether that is a more focused attention or “check in” programme. Group sessions are also available
I am reasonable and always like to have a call or at least a conversation via text to understand the aims, goals and everything else that’ll help me help you!
