About Jay
Hello! My name is Jay, and I am passionate about helping students achieve their academic and personal goals through clear, practical, and supportive learning.
I hold a Master's degree in Food Technology and have hands-on experience in nutrition, fitness, and health sciences. My teaching philosophy is simple: every student learns differently, and my role is to make complex topics easy to understand while building confidence and independent thinking.
