About Arda
After completing my professional culinary education in Italy, I worked in restaurants and 5-star hotels in various cities of Italy. Then I returned to my country and worked as an Executive Chef in the kitchens of some of the favorite places. During these duties, I created menus that will be the subject of the news of some magazines and newspapers. Looking forward to meet with food enthusiasts of all levels who want to make cooking a passion.

Italian
Lectures begin with a menu planning according to the students' needs. Then we sit down and take notes about the Physiology of Taste and how to perform it on our menu. Then we focus on balancing the all tastes.(that's where all secrets are hidden) We make step by step plan before entering the kitchen and mean time answer all questions and unclear points. While you start cooking I'm also getting in to my kitchen to help you to follow our step-by-step plan which I ve made previously.
