About Jaenicia
My story may sound a little cliche just like most of the yoga instructors in town. I was never active since my mental health issue has taken a toll on me until I attended a yoga session that is none like the ones I've attended before. Ever since then I've promised myself to work on my teaching journey and would sincerely like to share this joy that I felt with everyone around me.

Jae is a Yoga Alliance accredited RYT-200 yoga instructor, who is passionate about anatomy and body movement. Incorporating TCM principles and healing methodology in most of the classes with different themes for a duration of one hour each session, both group and private. It's always been a learning process for both Jae and her yogis, we inspire one another, learn and grow together as we embark on our yoga journey together.
