A dedicated Hindustani classical flutist with a strong foundation in raags, thaats, and traditional bansuri technique — built through consistent, disciplined practice rather than shortcuts. I understand the beginner's journey deeply because I've lived it, which means I know exactly where students struggle and how to make each concept click. Lessons are personal, patient, and practice-focused, with every class designed to leave you playing something real, right from day one.

I believe every class should end with you playing something real — not just theory, but an actual phrase or tune you can proudly repeat. My teaching follows a clear path: breath and posture first, then swar and alankars, and soon you're playing real raags like Yaman, Bhupali, and Bhairav. No confusion about "what's next" — you'll always know exactly where you stand.
Classes are hands-on and practical — minimal lecture, maximum playing. After each session, you get a quick recap of what we covered and what to practice, so progress never stalls between classes. Once a month, share a short recording of yourself playing — it's a great way to see just how far you've come.
Whether you're a curious beginner, a school or college student, or an adult rediscovering music, I'll meet you exactly where you are and help you fall in love with the flute, one note at a time. Your first class ends with you playing your first tune — guaranteed
