About Dhruv
I am an athlete myself - I play cricket, badminton and squash. I have seen all the phases of my life where I was an underperformer and injury prone with the traditional gym training. Then I learned that every person is different and has unique goals. With the specific tools and workouts that I have learned, I can help you achieve your goals.
