About Agustina
I am a kinesiology student in my 4th year and I have been teaching aerobatics for 8 years. A year ago I began to give specific flexibility classes, merging my experience in the air and my knowledge acquired in the race. I like being able to teach with my body and be able to work on the physical well-being of my students in order to take care of their health, since movement is health!

I like that my students not only train and improve class by class but also have fun and clear!
If you feel like getting out of stillness, I invite you to join in moving with me! In the aerial classes we try to return to the childhood game, to the memory of climbing trees, to the sensation of being upside down and being able to perceive our body. In virtual flexibility classes, we seek to get out of the daily stresses of sitting all day, to escape back pain, and to empower our bodies to new places and the comfort of free movement.
