I am a state-level yoga player..I am a dedicated yoga practitioner with a strong commitment to promoting physical, mental, and emotional well-being through the practice of yoga. With a deep understanding of asanas, pranayama, and meditation techniques, I strive to create a balanced and mindful approach to health and fitness. My teaching philosophy focuses on alignment, breath awareness, and inner harmony, ensuring that yoga remains accessible and beneficial for individuals of all ages and experience levels. I believe yoga is not just a physical exercise but a holistic lifestyle that nurtures discipline, self-awareness, and inner peace.
