As a fitness enthusiast and trainer, I believe in a well-rounded approach that encompasses various elements. Here’s how I guide my clients toward their fitness goals:

Vishnu is very punctual and professional when it comes to his classes. Class time is utilised efficiently without wasting a minute. His instructions are clear and he patiently teaches the movements until we get it right. Vishnu is a well trained animal flow instructor … His aesthetic moves and passion towards fitness and wellness is a major inspiration fr me to follow . He has good knowledge in yoga and Kalari , which he incorporates in our sessions .. Each session with him he makes sure that I learn new things in perfection and motivates me to impart a style of my own with out altering the basics … He is an excellent instructor who addresses the exact physical issues and designs the programs accordingly.
