I am a fitness coach making people healthy and happy by changing a little bit in their lifestyle by adding exercise, correct nutrients in their day-to-day life. Making them understand the importance of a healthy lifestyle. I am making them healthy throughout their life.

You will be having overall knowledge about exercise, diet, nutrition and overall health. It will help align your mind, body and soul together. You will be able to understand your body and it's needs in a much better way. It will help you take care of your body properly.

Perfect! Pallavie is very caring and knowledgable. She makes sure that you do each exercise correctly and that you're coping with them Ok. She is very good at explaining and is very patient. She makes the exercises fun and the meditation at the end is a really nice way to end the session.
