About Subhabrata
I’m a 24-year-old amateur bodybuilder who has competed in several natural and enhanced bodybuilding competitions as a natural bodybuilder. Achieved place in Mr. Bengal. I have been training for over 6 years on my own and gained deeper knowledge in this field. Not only physically but mentally, emotionally also and I want to share my experiences with this generation of people and I think they need this. In fact, everyone should work out, not only teenagers, adults and older people also.
