About ABRAAR
Hi everyone I am Abraar. I am an athlete. I have always been in the sports and fitness field. I have seen people in gym training without any knowledge about it. Lifting heavy weight with bad form and having injuries. I am here to share my knowledge and experience with everyone who is willing to start a fitness journey.
