I am a "Personal Trainer" with more than 15 years of experience. I have a "Diploma in Fitness", "Bachelor's in Health and Nutrition" and qualifications in "Yoga and Pilates". I have helped many to achieve their fitness goals and enjoy their lives.

What I believe is you don't need any fancy equipment to achieve your fitness goals. A mat and yourself. The lesson is 45 minutes. If around Melbourne inner west area, the training is completed in the comfort of your own home. Otherwise, online lessons are available.
