I am a personal trainer with a dancing background. I have been teaching dance lessons for many years and I am now offering personal training. I am very interested in sharing m passion for fitness in order to help and support your specific goals. Through a good exercise routine you could not only improve your overall health and feel amazing but also improve your fitness level and gain strength and endurance.

My teaching focuses on specific needs and goals. You can take a free introduction class and once we talk about your specific interests and likes we can continue to work in a personalised way. I offer individual personal training or you can choose to do a group workout to feel more confident around others. You won't need much, just a pair of trainers and wanting to move!! Let's have some fun together and work towards loving your body!
