"My name is Kyle Goonetilleke, and I am a fitness enthusiast with over 5 years of dedicated training experience. Throughout my fitness journey, I've witnessed the incredible benefits it can bring to both physical and mental health, and I'm passionate about sharing this knowledge.
Currently, I'm in my third year pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with a specialization in cyber security.
