About Palash
I was a weak 39Kg individual who transformed into a confident 59Kg person. People around me see me as a inspiration. Before you change yourself from outside change yourself from inside.
My mantra is life is a balance of Fitness with Tasty food. I make sure my students sit on that boat with me and proudly say tasty food can make you fit as well.
