About Vernice
Students struggling with complex economic systems often feel like they are reading a foreign language. I see them staring at charts of supply and demand while their coffee goes cold on the desk. After spending 13 years in the industry, I have transitioned into tutoring to share the models that actually matter.
My BBA Finance degree from Columbia Business School grounds my perspective in reality. I break down fiscal policy, market failure, and monetary policy into manageable concepts.
You might notice my approach is quite disciplined, yet I keep the atmosphere warm to ensure you feel comfortable asking questions. We will examine game theory basics, elasticity, and international trade to prepare you for the real world. My goal is to build your confidence so that you think like a seasoned analyst during our time together.

Pacing remains steady throughout our time together because I prioritize depth over speed. We start by reviewing a diagnostic essay assessment to identify exactly where your logic holds and where it falters.
My method relies on the rigor required in a real analyst seat. I provide direct feedback that helps you correct your reasoning before it becomes a habit.
Drawing on 13 years of industry work, I translate abstract theories into concrete examples. We will test your understanding of supply and demand through current events to sharpen your intuition.
This disciplined practice ensures you retain these skills long after our session concludes. You will leave feeling ready to tackle your next exam with clarity and focus. Achieving your academic goals requires consistent effort, and I am here to help you get there.
