About Yaw
I’m a first-year Engineering student at the University of Warwick who believes real understanding is more valuable than simply memorising a method. I enjoy turning intimidating Maths and Physics topics into clear, connected ideas through simple explanations and useful analogies. I see knowledge as something that builds through connections between topics, rather than isolated facts. My aim is to help students not only get the right answer, but understand why it works—building the confidence to approach unfamiliar questions independently.

I offer clear, engaging and results-focused online GCSE Maths and Physics tuition, helping students turn difficult topics into strengths. In one- or two-hour lessons, we'll solve problems together using simple explanations, memorable analogies and targeted exam practice, so students gain the confidence to tackle questions independently. As an Engineering student at the University of Warwick, with excellent GCSE and A-level results, I have tutored a wide range of younger students—including a dyslexic GCSE learner—and adapt every session to the student’s pace and learning style.

Online GCSE Maths and Physics tuition for £12 per hour. Your first 60-minute session is free, giving us time to discuss your goals, identify key areas to improve, and work through a problem together. One- and two-hour lessons are available, with clear, personalised support and no long-term commitment.
