About Ishan
I'm a first-year Mathematics student at the University of Warwick with a passion for mathematics, physics and helping others learn. I achieved A* grades in A-level Mathematics, Further Mathematics and Physics, giving me a strong understanding of both the subjects and the exam techniques required to succeed.
As I completed these qualifications recently, I understand the challenges students face and can explain difficult concepts in a clear and approachable way. I'm patient, friendly and committed to helping every student build confidence, improve their problem-solving skills and achieve their academic goals. Every lesson is tailored to the individual student, whether they need help understanding difficult concepts, improving problem-solving skills, or preparing for exams. I focus on building a strong foundation before reinforcing learning with exam-style questions and past papers, while also sharing effective revision and exam techniques.
Lessons are typically one hour long, although longer sessions can be arranged if required. My aim is to help students build confidence, improve their understanding, and achieve their academic goals in a supportive and engaging environment.
