About Michael
I’m Michael, a First-Class LLB graduate and aspiring barrister based in London. I’ve published legal commentary in The Justice Gap, completed mini-pupillage, and regularly observe courts to sharpen advocacy insight. My tutoring is professional, structured, and results-focused: I distil complex doctrine into clear steps, build confidence with active-recall drills, and show exactly how examiners reward IRAC/CRAC reasoning. Students receive model paragraphs, OSCOLA checklists, and precise feedback after each session. I’m calm, punctual, and transparent about scope, this is academic support, not legal advice. I teach A-Level and undergraduate learners, including resits and high achievers aiming for top grades.

I teach law by making complex ideas simple and exam-ready. First, we set a goal (grade target or assignment brief). I diagnose strengths and gaps, then build a plan using worked examples, IRAC/CRAC structure, Socratic questioning, active recall, and past-paper drills. A typical lesson is 60 minutes (with optional 90-minute essay workshops). You’ll get example paragraphs, OSCOLA checklists, and clear feedback with priorities for next time. I hold a First-Class LLB and am an aspiring barrister; I’ve been published, completed mini-pupillage, and have court observation and research experience. Lessons are for A-Level (16+) and undergraduate LLB students, including resits and students aiming for high 2:1/First. I can support exam technique, timed essays, case analysis, mooting basics, and legal writing. I’m friendly but rigorous, and I won’t provide legal advice, this is academic support focused on clarity, confidence, and results. Sessions available online or in London.
