About Andrew
I am a 2020 graduate in Chemical Engineering from the University of Bath; graduating with First Class Honours. I achieved A*AAA in A Level, with the A* in Maths and the three As in Chemistry, Biology and Economics, with an additional A in AS Further Maths, taken as an additional AS level. I also achieved 7 A*s and 3 As in GCSE, with an A* in Maths. Furthermore, I achieved an A in Additional Maths, a further qualification taken by the top set in GCSE Maths.
I have had experience mentoring secondary school children when volunteering as a teaching assistant at my old school. I was based in the Mathematics department. I have also mentored secondary school students with learning difficulties as part of a University volunteering programme, assisting with their homework and class topics.

I myself have had private tutoring during my primary and secondary school days, so I know how important and helpful it can be to your studies!
I currently aim to give Mathematics lessons to secondary school students studying for their GCSEs and A-Levels or if you request tutoring for Chemical Engineering, I can teach those studying at an undergraduate degree level for certain modules.
As part of my lessons, I will look to teach you the core principles and methods behind each topic, but place a strong emphasis on going through worked examples together , which I believe is key to understanding the topic and maximising marks!
