About Olivia

I'm Olivia, a British girl with a passion for languages and travelling! I have a first-class degree in French and Spanish from the University of Cambridge, but have also enjoyed learning Portuguese, Arabic and Greek on the side! I love travelling, and have lived in both France and Spain. In my free time I enjoy reading, running, and cooking!

About the lesson

I tailor all classes to the individual student, but prioritise a laid-back style in which we focus on your confidence to tackle the language.

The length of my lessons can vary according to the student, from 30 minutes to 2 hours.

Experience:
- French assistant, Parkside Secondary School, Cambridge.
During my Cambridge degree I assisted in GCSE French revision sessions, helping students with their spoken confidence.
- English tutor in Paris, France (1 year).
- English summer camp in Beijing, China: I was the teacher for a class of 12 Chinese students, working on improving their spoken English.
-English assistant, Catholic University of Colombia. Assisting in English Lessons and running workshops and activities. Running an English conversation club twice a week.
