About Georgia

I achieved a first class mark in my degree, Human, Social and Political Sciences; ranking third in my year at Cambridge. At undergraduate level, I was very much engaged in my learning and in extra-curricular activities. With an intense passion for what I was learning about, I went above and beyond to further my learning and educate others around me. In doing so, I organised a very well attended event called Women in Politics, with a panel of four leading women in politics answering questions from members of the university. Moreover, from first year to third year, I was heavily involved in the boat club for my college. I did not only row but I also held a position on the committee as the Social Secretary, organising the boat club dinners each term, alongside other activities. As a current postgraduate law student, I am able to efficiently organise my time in order to excel in both my tutoring and my work for law school. Being at law school has helped me develop further skills, such as my ability to think critically, which are of tremendous use when tutoring all levels of students. My interests beyond my academic work involve: cooking, reading for pleasure, politics, debating, fitness and charity work.

I have held various tutoring positions at different levels, covering younger years (aged thirteen), GCSE students, A Level students and prospective Oxbridge candidates. As such, I am qualified in teaching a variety of subjects and students, and have developed an excellent set of skills allowing me to be an outstanding tutor.
