About Alexandre

[BODY WEIGHT SPORTS SESSIONS] - A minimum of equipment is required: 1 chin-up bar / 2 rubber bands. (optional but recommended equipment: 1 gym mat / 1 kettlebell / weights.) - You can request individual sessions; daily; weekly or monthly. - Mainly polyarticular and muscular sessions. with a cardio component (circuit work) - Possibility of targeted Prepa-Ops sessions! - Average duration of a session ≈ 35-40 min - No nutrition programs (X)
