About Abigail
I am a fine dining Head Chef that runs a kitchen that can cater to 400 people for events that include bespoke weddings, corporate events and everything in between as well as running the bakery and cafe at the same establishment. This, as well as my seven years experience and first class BSc hons degree, has given me a large range of knowledge in culinary technical skills, finance, accounting and business management skills and the ability to develop menus. Through training and mentoring chefs, and those aspiring to be, throughout my career I have discovered a passion for helping those realise their goals with my knowledge and experience. Whether it be through developing your cooking skills, menu writing, increasing your gastronomy theory knowledge or learning the law and legislation, finance and business skills required to be Head Chef or start a small food business I am here to help!

Warm, friendly and easy to follow one to one classes tailor built to what you are looking for and your preferred way of learning with bespoke resources for you to keep. These range from beginners guides to basic cooking techniques and food micro biology to learning a large range of fine dining molecular gastronomy techniques. These include but are not limited to chocolate work, smoking, foams, gels, illusion cake decorating, butchering and working with a wide range of ingredients and equipment. How to develop menus and cost them to achieve desired food cost and gross profit margins. How to start up your own food and beverage small business through my own experiences as well as my gained law and legislation knowledge.
I am a Head Chef as well as a first class BSc hons graduate with a level 3 health and safety certificate and I have a small side business selling cakes. I have spent the last 7 years of my chef career mentoring and teaching fellow chefs and aspiring chefs to realise their career goals
